Arrow Films is seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to lead and coordinate our growing multimedia content strategy.

This role blends creative video and audio production with strong operational support for the marketing team.

The role will lead on managing our video and podcast content, from concept through to delivery, while also supporting scheduling, guest coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day production workflows.

The role will entail management, execution and delivery of key Arrow-generated content on YouTube, Instagram, Spotify and other relevant platforms. It will require keen product knowledge and regular collaboration across our sales & marketing, production, technical teams and numerous external agencies and third-party partners.

Role responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and execute a video content strategy across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Plan, film and direct shoots—ranging from interviews and talking-heads to promotional content
  • Oversee podcast production, including scheduling, recording, and editing episodes
  • Brief in-house (and external) editors, ensuring consistent brand and quality standards
  • Identify opportunities to repurpose and repackage content across platforms
  • Own and maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent delivery across all media channels
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and PR to schedule interviews, coordinate guests, and secure approvals
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and performance metrics; support reporting where needed
  • Stay up to date with social trends, platform best practices, and audience behaviours
  • Suggest new formats and approaches to enhance storytelling and engagement
  • Management of external agencies including PR and Social Media, and Media Planning
  • Working alongside internal resources within the Marketing and Sales team and close liaison with our Production team on creating relevant content
  • Support across our Brand Marketing Plans and relevant key brands and promotions
  • Support across our ARROW Marketing Plans across our SVOD Channels in the UK, US and Canada.
  • Ad hoc assistance across marketing departments including events, social media and general marketing duties
  • Consider brand voice and marketing requirements on all content
  • Undertaking additional duties as required.

 

Person specifications

Qualifications/Experience

  • 1 – 2 + years in a video/audio/multimedia production role (agency or in-house)
  • Proven ability to independently manage multimedia projects from brief to delivery
  • Comfortable filming and directing on set (camera/audio/lighting basics a must)
  • Knowledge of video and audio editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Understanding of content performance metrics (YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, etc.)
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail; able to manage timelines and priorities
  • Confident communicator, especially when coordinating guests or liaising with external teams
  • A portfolio of previous video/audio work is required
  • Strong copy-writing skills and excellent communications skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle many tasks at once
  • Experience of working with external PR, Social and Creative agencies is desired
  • Strong knowledge across the Microsoft Office suite of applications, and familiarity with internal communication and planning systems such as Teams and / or Asana.
  • Experience in the Adobe Creative Suite is desired
  • Extremely well organised and a proven efficient manner of working practice
  • Ability to communicate at a professional level with clarity and concision both externally and internally
