We’re hiring an Executive Assistant (freelance, part-time)
Och Aye Productions — a small, female-led production company based in Scotland — is looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Executive Assistant to join our growing team.
We create film and TV projects with impact, and we also train and support freelancers across Scotland’s screen sector — especially those from rural or underrepresented backgrounds.
What you’ll do:
· Keep our office systems (virtual & physical) running smoothly
· Manage diaries, meetings, inboxes, and newsletters
· Research, support, and submit tenders and funding applications
· Help us deliver on projects that support creative talent across Scotland
The details:
· 12 hours/week | £20/hour | 5-month freelance contract
· Scotland based working remotely with 1 in-person day/month (Highlands + occasional Scottish travel)
