The Role: 

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to join Liverpool City Council’s dynamic and busy Film Office team as a Crew and New Entrant Coordinator.

 

As Europe’s longest established Film Office, the team have been expertly supporting film and TV productions for over 35 years, having welcomed 1,564 productions and generated £168 million pounds of inward investment to the local economy over the last five years. The team is responsible for ensuring Liverpool is the most filmed UK city outside of London, driving inward investment, talent, jobs, and skills as a screen agency.

 

  • In the role of a Crew and New Entrant Coordinator you will support our Crew Development Manager
  • Assist with promoting local crew while brokering pre-entry and entry-level training and employment opportunities within industry
  • The role includes organising the appropriate training for local crew and new entrants ensuring trainees are equipped with necessary awareness and etiquette
  • For this Crew and New Entrant Coordinator role we’re looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude who can build relationships across Liverpool City Region
