We’re looking for a strategic and motivated Outreach Programme Manager to lead the delivery of LSA’s Outreach Strategy and help diversify access to the screen industries.

The role involves managing a small team, building strong partnerships with schools and community groups, and delivering a range of impactful events and initiatives, including assemblies, careers fairs, holiday, and weekend clubs. You’ll also oversee data reporting and ensure safeguarding and inclusion remain at the heart of all outreach activity.
