Accounts Assistant

About Us

We are a busy and collaborative finance team supporting a group of creative companies in the TV production sector. With a mix of local and international projects, we handle dynamic and varied workflows that keep things interesting — no two days are the same.

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Accounts Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a finance or accounts role and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Processing of purchase invoices
• Preparing payment runs, including foreign currency payments
• Setting up new suppliers in the finance system
• Reconciling credit card receipts and staff expenses
• Generating sales invoices
• Supporting credit control and resolving account queries
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Assisting in payroll preparation

What We’re Looking For

• Full right to work in UK
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar finance/accounts role
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A team player who can also take initiative and ownership
• Experience with Sage is desirable
• Strong Excel skills and confident working with data
