Kate Rolfe heads up the Digital Orchard Foundation, which focuses on supporting talent progression for individuals from underrepresented groups in technical on-set and post-production roles in Film & TV. As part of her role Kate set up Equality In Focus, a training framework to inform film professionals about inequality and what they can do to help overcome it. Kate advises the British Society of Cinematographers' Diversity & Inclusion Committee and has managed diversity and talent progression events at the BSC Expo and Camerimage, as well as partnering on events with various groups including illuminatrix, IMAGO D&I, Primetime, The British Blacklist, Women Behind The Camera, BECTU, WFTV and the BFI D&I Team to name a few.
