We run a wait list on all training courses, therefore we may be able to fill a cancelled place, in those cases we will fully refund your payment. Should this not be possible our cancellation policy is as follows:
• Cancelling 0-7 working days – no refund
• Cancelling 7-14 working days – 50% refund
• Cancelling 14 + working days or over – Full refund
We understand the nature of the industry and the freelance world. However, as a non-profit organisation we are unable to accommodate last minute cancellations.
PGGB reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if deemed necessary or to change course tutors.
Should you be in receipt of a subsidy we are happy to provide confirmation of course booking / attendance or any other material required by the funder.
You are responsible for course payment as the arrangement is between yourself and the funder.
