Bianca Gavin is the Head of Production for scripted productions at Pulse Films, responsible for their feature and HETV slate, including Gangs of London, Atomic and Bad Apples. This followed her role as Senior Production Executive for EU scripted originals at Amazon Studios, looking after their first wave of originals, including projects such as The Power and Jungle. With more than 25 years of experience in Film and TV production, she worked her way up through the production department to Line Producer.

Passionate about equality and breaking down entry barriers, Bianca produces the Open Source Directory to help provide a central resource for inclusive recruitment and positive working culture in scripted production.
