Addie Orfila

Addie has been in our industry since the mid-nineties, working her way up from runner to 1st AD before moving into production management and ultimately senior leadership roles.

Her career has seen her lead production teams across a wide range of genres, building a reputation for operational excellence, creative problem-solving, and collaborative leadership. Beyond production, Addie has become a leading industry trainer and consultant, delivering bespoke programmes for major broadcasters, streamers, and screen organisations in the UK and internationally, including historically, for The Production Guild of Great Britain.

She is the lead designer and trainer of ScreenSkills’ flagship Leadership Essentials programme and has developed and delivered internationally recognised training on leadership, workplace culture, equality, and diversity. A long-standing mentor with Women in Film & Television, NFTS and ScreenSkills, Addie is passionate about empowering individuals and teams to thrive and about shaping a more inclusive, sustainable screen industry.
