Kaye Elliott

CEO

Kaye Elliott, Chief Executive Officer at PGGB, is a dynamic, business-driven leader with over 25 years’ experience at a senior level, specialising in the HETV & film industry.

Prior to joining PGGB, Kaye was Director of High-End Television at ScreenSkills. In that role, she set the strategic direction and oversaw all aspects of HETV industry investment in skills support for UK freelancers and production companies. Other previous roles include Deputy Director of Partnerships and Head of Production Services at Creative England.

Kaye is an expert in developing strategies that spotlight and champion the screen workforce. She excels in leading the delivery of high-quality training and initiatives that profile, develop, and grow TV and film talent across the UK and internationally.
