Head of Talent Development

Becky is Head of Talent Development at the Production Guild, overseeing training and support for HETV and Film freelancers across the Guild and wider industry. With 17 years’ experience in TV production, a foundation in counselling and psychotherapy skills, and eight years in professional development, she is passionate about supporting freelancers’ wellbeing and making support accessible to all.

Before moving into learning and development, Becky worked as a freelancer in unscripted production, Series Producing, Producing, Directing and Edit Producing, as well as in development on prime-time programmes for major broadcasters including C4, ITV, BBC and C5. She is committed to championing people and talent across the industry.
