South Yorkshire born and bred, Ian’s love of film was sparked at an early age by the 1969 film Kes. After a career as a professional musician, he moved into Locations in 2000 to work on wartime drama Foyles War (ITV) and has enjoyed work more than holidays ever since. Ian is managing director - regions for Supply 2 Location Group, supplier of location logistics, equipment hire and consumables to the UK film, TV and commercials industry. He looks forward to supporting PGGB’s regional development in Yorkshire and building an even bigger, better industry where, for him, it all began.
