Fi Lewis is an emerging scripted and unscripted producer. She partners with Andy Noble, producer (Killing Eve, Film Stars Don’t Die in Liverpool, Extraordinary Rendition, 20,000 Days on Earth).

Born and residing in London, Fi loves storytelling. From an underrepresented and underserved background, Fi has a long-term commitment to the creative industries and says she “organically challenges staying in one lane.”

Her career began as a PA/Agent at Vincent Shaw Associates, leading to West End theatre producers (An Inspector Calls, The Woman in Black, Chicago), talent agencies, pantomimes and executive assistant stints for industry professionals and institutions, including the BBC. Having built her career across scripted and unscripted, she describes herself as being ”drawn by the truth and authenticity found in both.” Fi was one of eight alumni of the April 2021 inaugural Grierson DocLab In Focus: Production Management programme supported by Netflix; and one of 15 participants selected for the UK Broadcast Production Talent Market in June 2021, DocFest's first networking market to connect talent from around the UK with production company executives looking to expand their crews for upcoming/future projects.

She is also an alumni of the EIFF Talent Lab 2019 and the FILMONOMICS 5 programme, led by director-at-large Mia Bays (2017-18). Fi continues to develop short and long-form projects and intends to work on an array of projects, reflective of her eclectic tastes. She says: “I’m delighted be on The Production Guild's Diversity and Inclusion Mentor Scheme 2021, given my own mission to quietly yet determinedly shake-up the unequal industry playing field on and off screen.”
