We originally shared this document in November 2023; however, there were some errors in the first version of the rate card that were identified and corrected by Pact and Equity.
The New Version addresses issues around:
Previously, these had been adjusted in line with the 7%, 3.5% and 3% increases which apply to other categories, but should have been adjusted individually.
Following negotiations with Equity and consultation with members, PACT have struck a new three-year deal for the minimum rates under the agreement.
The new rates are as follows:
1st January 2024 – 7% increase
1st January 2025 – 3.5% increase
1st January 2026 – 3% increase
Productions that are not budgeted must use the new rate from 1st January 2024.
Productions that are filming now or have budgeted may use the old rate until 1st March 2024, then they must move to the new rate.
