Producer Director – PAYE Fixed Term Contract (Minimum 16 Months)
Silverback Films, based in Bristol, is seeking an experienced Producer Director for a high-end Natural History/VFX production to start as soon as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a landmark series.
The role will be full time, based in our central Bristol offices and will involve location filming during 2027, followed by post-production and edit period through 2028.
Essential Experience
· Significant experience as a Producer on high-end, complex natural history productions through filming and post-production with technical delivery requirements.
· Proven leadership, organisational and people management skills.
· Extensive experience directing shoots in the field. This production will involve long shoots of up to four weeks in duration and the Producer will be required to be on location for these on several occasions between January and September 2027.
· Strong editorial judgement and storytelling ability.
Desirable Experience
