THE ROLE
Based in our Sheffield office, Warp Films are looking for a co-ordinator to join our in-house team as
maternity cover. You will work across our productions from their development to delivery assisting the
Head of Production with the day to day running of the department and also providing some Company
operational support in Warp’s offices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Acting as the company’s point of contact for productions day to day admin support.
• Onboarding the production teams making sure they have completed the appropriate paperwork
and have access to the appropriate company files.
• Managing our production filing system, liaising with production teams to make sure that all our
shows deliver the relevant paperwork to us in the correct format.
• Working with the post-production team to assist with the delivery of digital assets (finished
programme, delivery paperwork files) to Warp and also to the Broadcaster/financier as required.
• Assisting the Head of Production with operational tasks that support the smooth day to day
running of the Company.
• Researching and liaising with facilities and suppliers.
• Assisting setting up of pick-up shoots.
• Organising travel and accommodation for the team.
• Managing our off-camera talent database, including liaising with agents and diary services to assist
the Head of Production and Executive Producers in crewing up productions.
• Script distribution.
• Management of Warp’s digital and physical assets storage
• Working with our inhouse team to support the smooth running of the office.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
You will have ideally worked in long-form scripted television in the production department at, at least,
production secretary level.
A good working knowledge of IT including MS Office, Dropbox is essential.
A sound working knowledge of Team Engine, Final Draft, Adobe Pro is an advantage
An understanding of the post-production process is essential.

TERMS
Fixed-term contract for up to 12 months from January 2027 to provide maternity cover.
Salary is dependent on experience
