Masterclass
The Creative Industries Independent Standards Authority (CIISA) aims to prevent and tackle all forms of bullying and harassment, including discriminatory behaviour, across the UK's creative industries (initially Film, Television, Theatre and Music). It provides a safe, impartial place where individuals and organisations can report concerns and access support services.
The recently launched industry endorsed CIISA Standards set out the minimum standards of behaviour expected to enable safe and inclusive working environments.
During this webinar, you will learn about the CIISA Standards and how they are being embedded across the industry.
About the speaker:
Niyi Akeju, Director of Stakeholder Engagement at CIISA, has over two decades' experience in stakeholder engagement, programme leadership and communications in the creative industries. She led the development, industry consultation, and publication of the CIISA Standards; and works with stakeholders across film, television, music, and theatre to drive engagement and help embed expected standards of behaviour.
Niyi has previously held roles at the BFI, BBC, ScreenSkills, and BAFTA, where she devised and delivered longstanding campaigns, programmes, and initiatives.
