An overview of the budgeting process from a locations perspective.

Who is this for?

This is a course aimed at assistant location managers hoping to step up, location managers who have recently stepped up but need reassurance over their budgeting, and even for assistant location managers who just want an understanding of the budgeting process so they can help their Location managers.

How will it benefit my career?

Increased Knowledge. By the end of the day, attendees will understand what an accountant and Line Producer need from a budget and hints and tricks to prevent calculation errors.
