Step up to Production Accounting in Film

We are soon to open our latest round of applications for ScreenSkills Step up to Production Accountant in Film in association with The Production Guild training.

The course will commence in February 2021, running across six weekends. Dates are not yet confirmed.

This six-day course is designed for experienced assistant production accountants working in film who wish to progress their careers to the next level. The programme has been created to support the need for more highly skilled production accountants to work in the feature film sector in the UK. The Production Guild is seeking to train experienced assistant production accountants to support their transition to production accountant positions.

The course will cover subjects including:

- the role of the production accounting

- accounting software

- insurance and taxation

- payroll and contracting
