The training will be run over two cohorts, each with 12-15 participants.
Fees: £100 + booking fee and VAT
Each day will run from 09.15 to 17.30. There will be breaks during the morning and afternoon, with an hour for lunch.
Who is the course aimed at?
This course is designed for recent production graduates, experienced runners, producers’ secretaries and production secretaries who are keen to gain skills and knowledge to pursue career pathways in production coordination and production management.

Successful applicants will gain an opportunity to undertake a high level of quality training with an experienced production coordinator/manager and thereafter for trainees to access a continuing online community and resource which will equip them with the knowledge, skills and strategies. It will enable participants to gain the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively take on the role both in the UK on both domestic and international productions.
This course is delivered online by an expert tutor and supported by our Virtual Learning Environment. This course covers a range of core practical, organisational and logistical skills and knowledge which are required by the role.

With 20 years’ experience in film and television, course tutor Emma Mallett has worked across a broad spectrum of productions, working her way up from her first job as Production Runner on Thomas the Tank Engine to Production Manager on upcoming Apple HETV series Invasion. A Production Coordinator for many years, Emma has been employed across all budget levels: from low budget feature Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa to independent films The Invisible Woman and Rush to large studio pictures Maleficent, Me Before You and Quantum of Solace.
