Who is the course aimed at?
This unique course is designed to equip you with the skills needed to move up into the role of Assistant Co-ordinator. If you are an experienced production runner, secretary, location runner or admin assistant looking to progress your career in production, then our Assistant Co-ordinator's intensive 4-day training programme will give you the career boost you need. Junior professionals working in pop promos and commercials who are keen to move into the world of film and TV are also encouraged to apply.

Lead tutor
With over 17 years’ experience in film and television, course tutor Emma Mallett has worked across a broad spectrum of productions, working her way up from her first job as Production Runner on Thomas the Tank Engine to Production Manager on upcoming Disney feature The One and Only Ivan. A Production Coordinator for many years, Emma has been employed across all budget levels: from low budget feature Alan Partridge: Alpha Papa to Independent films The Invisible Woman, Rush to large studio pictures Maleficent, Me Before You and Quantum of Solace. Emma has also worked in high-end television and was the Production Manager on Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan.
