Since starting in the film industry in 2014 I have been lucky enough to work on a variety of productions, both big and small.

I have recently been involved in several debates in our office regarding women in the workplace. I would like the opportunity to take this further and to be involved in making changes - not just for women, but to help ensure everyone is represented and feels included within our industry.
