Joshua Karl has 15+ years combined HR and EDI experience in senior roles both in house and as a consultant. He has supported a number of public, private and third sector companies across the film/TV, tech, retail, media, transport and education sectors to develop their conversations around EDI, action planning and strategies.
Joshua is passionate about supporting companies to create cultures where the voices
under-represented groups are heard and shape forward-thinking, sustainable inclusion strategies through workplace culture reviews, setting up and coaching internal diversity networks and running awareness raising workshops around the LGBTQ+ experience, Gender Identity, Allyship, Anti Racism and Disability.
