mydaEs Production Accounting Software
Launched in the spring of 2010, mydaEs software is leading edge technology in regards to production accounting software. mydaEs is United States compliant and is being used in many countries around the world. Moneypenny are the exclusive agents for mydaEs accounting software, providing training and support for this sophisticated online accounting solution. mydaEs has been developed by accountants and production personnel to provide a streamlined and efficient financial management tool.
The package is very effective across multi jurisdictions providing full VAT or GST reporting, multi-currency and location reporting to satisfy tax office and financiers requirements. Also, mydaEs has sophisticated cost reporting tools to update estimated end values of rebates or tax credits throughout the production. mydaEs delivers clear easy to read cost reports a cost manager worksheet with full drill down capability.
Electronic banking and auto emailed remittances save the accounts team many hours and make for happier suppliers. Extensive import and export functionality saves on a lot of rekeying and has brought film accounting software up to date with current production habits and capabilities and general business expectations.

Payroll Services
Our new generation payroll services also provides a contract management facility for Production, reducing the double handling of contracts and providing safe offsite back up facility for all signed contracts or deal memos. We provide a secure long term solution that ensures easy authorised access for international and local management as appropriate. Information is communicated in a more efficient manner for timely no fuss payment of all crew and cast. All tax office monthly and annual reporting requirements managed and special reports developed for inclusion with tax credit claims.

Casual and Post-Production Accounting
We offer casual and post production accounting services with special focus on co production and packaging services for low budget films, short films or documentaries where a full time accountant cannot be justified. Where full time accounting services are required Moneypenny has extensive relationships with freelance production accountants in all of our territories and will assist in putting together the right team for the job.
Film & Television Tax Incentives/Rebates
