Jess joined the team at Mad Dog 2020 in 2017, and since then has worked on casting for an array of projects, from thrilling Sky Crime dramas to quirky independent films, and not to mention a countless amount of commercials.

Thriving in any task that requires capturing a creative casting essence, Jess also has a keen eye for spotting on screen and emerging talent and enjoys working alongside actors in order to deliver creative briefs.
