With a background in performance, Arron trained at the Royal Ballet School and danced professionally before transitioning into casting in 2013. Arron has worked on some of the biggest feature films to be shot in the UK over the past few years and enjoys the specific briefs these often entail. From films such as Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald to The Wife and TV series such as Luther and Poldark, Arron is passionate about providing opportunities for those looking to work in the film and TV industry.
