Bianca Gavin

Bianca Gavin is the Head of Production for scripted productions at Pulse Films. This followed her role as Senior Production Executive for EU scripted originals at Amazon Studios, looking after their first wave of originals, including much anticipated projects such as The Power and Jungle. With more than 20 years experience in Film and TV production, she worked her way up through the production department to line producer. Prior to joining Amazon, Bianca was Production Manager for Sky Originals, where she set up Sky Breakthrough, a work placement initiative for disabled new talent.

Passionate about equality and breaking down entry barriers, Bianca is also on the executive committee of their Diversity and Inclusion Action Group, and sits on the Sustainability Committee.
